北大国发院bimba商学院兼职教授,中国人民大学劳动人事学院二级教授,博士生导师。先后多次获得中国人民大学优秀教学和科研成果奖、优秀博士论文和硕士论文指导教师奖。已经培养了42位博士,137位硕士,所指导的学生在国内外高校和产业领域取得杰出成绩。孙健敏教授的研究兴趣集中在人格和绩效的测量和评估,领导风格和有效性,人力资源管理和组织绩效,跨文化管理和研究方法。
